Wolf Nkole Helzle projiziert eine asiatische Auswahl seiner in der ganzen Welt fotografierten Menschenportraits in unterschiedlicher Art und Weise auf die von Koho Mori-Newton mit Tusche bemalten japanischen Seidenstoffe, mit welchen Lauren Newton während der Performance interagiert.
Lauren Newton´s Stimme erreicht eine unglaubliche emotionale Bandbreite, und tritt so - auch ohne Worte - in Kommunikation mit diesen tausenden von Gesichtern, welche auf Koho Mori-Newton´s Seide wie gemalt wirken.
Die Performance hat eine Länge von ca. 45 Minuten, in einer Szene spielt Koho Mori-Newton zusätzlich ein selbst entwickeltes Instrument.

From a collection of photo portraits he made of people from all over the world, Wolf Nkole Helzle has chosen a selection of Asian faces which are projected onto Koho Mori's with ink hand-painted Japanese silk banners.
Lauren Newton sings, her voice creating such a wide emotional spectrum that, even without words, she communicates with and through these thousands of faces, which appear as if Mori has painted them on the silk.
The performance is about 50-60 minutes long and in one scene, Koho Mori adds the sounds of his self-made instrument to Newton's voice.
